Implementation documentation of the interior in the case of securing a building permit:
- need in case of intervention in existing structures
- price of static assessment 2500 CZK
- requirements for drawings of sanitary engineering according to general technical requirements for constructions and standards
Author's supervision during interior realization, coordination and demand of suppliers:
-in case of delivery of the complete interior (floors, kitchen, doors, sanitary ware, furnishing items) through our studio, in case of cooperation with verified subcontractors - this ensures that we guarantee the quality of subcontractors, the price for author's supervision is included in the price
- in the case of cooperation with unknown suppliers, we provide a service for author's supervision at a price of CZK 500 / hour
- in case of author's supervision over 20 km, we charge CZK 14 / km for the trip
- in the case of turnkey implementation, we provide coordination of the work process, ensuring complete implementation at a price of 10% of the price of the implementation of partial works
Prices for "tailor-made" furniture design
price for the design of "solo" atypical furniture individually outside the interior project according to the complexity (500 CZK / h)
Sales:
- individual prices can be adjusted individually according to a specific assignment
- 10% discount when ordering a study and interior design documentation
Basis for starting work:
-Drawings of the space in digital form, if you have a drawing in paper form, we charge 50 CZK / m2 for digitization
-If you have no plans, we charge 100 CZK / m2 for the focus of the space and digitization
Comment:
- the price does not include securing a possible permit (engineering) at the office, orientation or construction supervision
Method of payment: 50% when signing the contract for a partial part
50% when handing over the work
individual Family houses / buildings
the project of a family house consists of a study, documentation for a building permit and implementation documentation. The phases of the building permit and the implementation documentation can be combined in the case of a simple construction.
Architectural study

- elevation, topography - with the focus of engineering networks, if it is a gap, it is necessary to focus on the outer contour of adjacent buildings - the service can be provided at a price of 3000 CZK

-spatial planning information - information on local regulations (= buildability of the area, storeys, height of the building, distances from neighboring plots, type of area, etc.)
